The creation of HBCU STEM US Center has established a culture of understanding “why” and “how” HBCUs are important in STEM retention. The Center is comprised of Morehouse, Spelman, and Virginia State University, collaborating to refocus efforts increasing Black representation in the STEM pipeline.
